Shipping and Delivery for Digital Products:
- Digital products, including online courses and educational materials, are delivered immediately upon purchase.
- In case of any technical issues, the delivery of digital products may take up to 24 hours.
Shipping and Delivery for Physical Products:
- Physical products will be shipped within 48 hours from date of order and delivered within 7 to 15 days from the date of order.
- We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
- Digital Courses and Materials
– Delivery: Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. However, due to potential technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
– Refunds: All sales of digital courses and educational materials are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns for digital courses or downloadable materials. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable.
- Physical Materials and Products
– Delivery: Physical products will be delivered within 7 to 15 days from the date of order.
– Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy for physical materials and products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
– Damaged Product: The product received is damaged or defective.
– Incorrect Product: The product received is not the one that was ordered.
