- Digital Courses and Materials
– No Cancellations: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital courses and materials are final. Once access to a digital course or material has been granted, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
- Physical Products
– Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order for physical products, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible if the product has not yet been shipped. You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone using the contact information provided below.
– Cancellation After Shipment: Once a physical product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return under our Refund and Returns Policy.

- Refunds for Cancellations
– Digital Products: As mentioned, no refunds are provided for digital products as cancellations are not permitted.
– Physical Products: If a cancellation request is accepted before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.
- Delivery Issues
– Digital Products: Access to digital products is typically provided immediately after purchase. In case of any technical issues or delays it may take upto 24hrs, please contact our support team for assistance.
– Physical Products: Delivery of physical products is estimated to be within 7 to 15 days from the date of order. If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue.
